So Ji Sub has a fear of balloons.

In an interview, actor So Ji Sub revealed that he is afraid of balloons. He said, "When I see balloons, it puts me in a bad mood. I feel like they're going to pop. I also don't like edges. I can't look at them."

It seems that the actor is afraid when the balloons gets popped up maybe because of the loud and unpleasant noise it produces. When people are afraid of loud noises it is called Ligyrophobia and with the fear of the balloon itself, it is called Globophobia. However, the fear of edges, specifically, sharp edges like table corners and corners of shelves, corners of paper and umbrella points has no medical term yet.

Announcer Kim Il Joong responded, "If you hate corners and edges so much, you shouldn't have such a sharp nose," that brought laughter and brighten up the set.
