Cebu inmates from Philippines, have a history of large-scale dance covers of K-pop songs. It's not surprising that they finally made a cover of Psy's viral hit Gangnam Style.
They made this cover due to "insistent public demand". Over 1000 inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) took to the rainy courtyard in front of a host of guests.
