As the internet is fast spreading, where information is
easily accessed and electronic gadgets are more utile, K-pop idol stars are no
escape from their fans, who wanted to know their personal lives. Photos or words posted on any SNS (Social Networking System)
are now the basis of an idols’ status especially a star’s rumored lover.
Netizens are sometimes the reason why rumors spread
especially when there are controversial posts on any of a star’s social network
personal account. Photos where they are together, a belonging of someone else that
is worn or brought, couple accessories and others are some of the things these
eagle eyes watch out for.
Just recently, f(x)’s Sulli and Dynamic Duo’s Choiza,
were seen together and possibly dating. Photos and videos are seen that were
uploaded on different SNS and forum and media sites that made a hard evidence
for the two to be in a relationship. Their agency already denied the rumors but
netizens are surely waiting for some progress.

Actor Kim Woo Bin and model Yoo Ji Ahn started out as a
rumor couple when a Kim Woo Bin fan saw Yoo Ji Ahn wear an exact same t-shirt
in an Instagram post by the model. Gossips then spread that the two are in a
relationship which was confirmed by the idols themselves.

Unintentional posts become conclusive proof sometimes. There
are cases where the idols came up to admit their relationship because of an SNS
post or update.
Se7en and Park Han Byul made their confession after a post were seen where the two are together and has a caption of "6 years of dating".

Actor Kim Moo Yeol and Yoon Seung Ah also revealed their
relationship in a similar way when Kim Moo Yeol wrote a message to Yoon Seung
Ah via Twitter saying, "I think thinking about you, I keep wanting to hear
your voice, I want to see your face, and I want to call you but I can't because
I'm afraid you'll be sleeping. I'll leave this message to express how I
feel."

Rookie actress Byun Su Mi uploaded a photo of their swimming
pool date with Badminton national athlete Lee Yong Dae onto her Facebook and
openly admitted their relationship.

In worst cases, they sometimes end up in misunderstandings. Some
posts create useless rumors by just looking at a shallow angle.
EXO’s Tao was seen updating his Weibo profile photo into a
photo of a cat. Netizens then spread the news concluding it was Miss A’s Jia’s
cat on the picture, thus, spreading rumors of the two having a relationship. Their agency then
stated that it was indeed Jia's pet cat but the two are only friends, closing the speculations.

Also, a simple ‘food porn’ sparked a hidden relationship. F(x)’s
Victoria posted a photo on her Weibo account of the meal she personally made.
It is then seen a reflection on the spoon, where a man is possibly standing
near and was identified to TVXQ’s Changmin. Their agency then cleared things, saying, “The person reflected
in the spoon is in fact Changmin, but it wasn't just Changmin that was present
at the scene.”
