BigBang's Japanese Dome Tour (2013-2014)

Yesterday, BigBang’s agency, YG Entertainment, announced that the five-member boy group set another record, of 1.4 million preordered tickets in their dome tour in Japan starting this November.

Because of this, they decided to add one more show at Kyocera Dome in Osaka. The cities or domes which BigBang will hold their concerts are namely, Nagoya Dome in Nagoya, Seibu Dome in Saitama and Tokyo Dome in Tokyo.

This extended dome tour is said to be a payback for the VIP fans in their love and support for the group. Also, YGE is thankful for the men having their solo activities successful in Japan.

Big Bang will take over in six cities in Japan dragging hundreds of thousand fans in their concerts.

Big Bang’s TOP, Wins at the “Asia Star Awards”

Last October 5, Big Bang member, TOP, won the Rookie Award at the Asia Star Awards, the official party of the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF).

The only Korean actor that won an award in the ceremony, which gave away awards in four categories. T.O.P debuted as a bona fide film actor in 2010 through “71: Into the Fire” and will return to the big screen after three years with “The Commitment.”

The soul singer Taeyang, favors the song “A Fool’s Only Tears” from their 2007 debut studio album BigBang Vol. 1

I am not so sure, but to maknae Seungri, this song definitely is about him. In an interview, Big Bang’s youngest member confessed of his past about a girl who told lies to him. “Because I knew she was just waiting for me to break up with her, I felt angry and miserable. I poured all the hurt I received and anger I felt into this song”, he said.

Featuring Jennie Kim, Suengri’s mini album for 2011 includes the song “GG BE”

What could be next for G-Dragon? In the official YG Blogsite, they posted a poster, where G-Dragon is wearing a back, somewhat torn mask and with his striking eyes are the only visible. Below are the words, “Coming Very Soon G-Dragon Coup d’etat”.

As what had the agency stated before, that Big Bang leader G-Dragon will be releasing a new solo album and then this teaser poster could be it.

Fans are surely anticipating his comeback as well as excited, knowing that the rapper and composer collaborated with the international hip-hop female artist Missy Elliot.

The Big Bang leader spotted in the streets of London

Wandering around or busy for another filming session?

G-dragon is seen sitting in the middle of a crowd and busy metropolitan as he still gleams his eccentric energy even though surrounded, of could be, staffs and crew.

Dresses in a casual street wear, the photo was taken by a London fashion warehouse and posted it on its Instagram.

“It’s a Korean popstar takeover! @gdragonyg [allkpop note: G-Dragon's Instagram is actually @xxxibgdrgn] filming outside store today,” the store posted, confirming that this maybe another busy day for the Kpop star.

Big Bang's Ticket Concert in Hong Kong Sold Out!

On September 26, Big Bang showed off their popularity once again across the world.

According to Chinese Media, Morning Post, 35,000 tickets of Big Bang's solo concert, which is to be held on December 8 in Hong Kong, were sold out in less than an hour of its sale.

The Chinese Media sai, “Big Bang’s tickets were sold out at an unbelievable speed. We decided to have another concert, but the ticketing of that concert sold out as fast as the previous one.”

Therefore, Big Bang’s concert are sold out once again after their ticketing in the U.S. They are showing how popular and how strong their influence are because they have not done a single promotion in those countries.

The ticketing of Big Bang’s world tour, Big Bang Alive Galaxy Tour 2012 that was held at California and New Jersey on September 22, was also sold out in less than two hours.

Besides the U.S and Hong Kong, Big Bang’s tickets have all been sold out in Korea, Japan(5 cities), China(3 cities), Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Philippines, and Malaysia. Most of those countries have had 10,000 seats, and it was Big Bang’s first visit to their countries.

Big Bang’s world tour that has been hosted by the world-renowned performing company, Live Nation, received positive reviews with their fancy videos and high quality live performances.

Starting from September 28 at Singapore, Big Bang will be heading on a world tour until December.

T.O.P: Up Close And Personal

This K-pop singer is one of the most in demand artist in Korea nowadays. A lead rapper of the Korean group Big Bang, a recording artist and actor, who am I talking about? None other than T.O.P or Choi Seung-hyun in real life.

Born and raised in South Korea, T.O.P managed to climb the ladder of success with his natural talent in music and as well as with his acting. Let’s get to know him a little deeper with these interesting facts about his life.

• He started as an underground rappers as Tempo.
• He decided to get into the music world because was inspired by Notorious BIG (rapper).
• He won a rap battle in 2003.
• Before he become the member of BigBang, he was denied by YG Entertainment because his too chubby at that time and he do his best to lose weight (20 kg.) within 40 days.
• In 2007, TOP made his debut with BigBang and released his solo album in the same year.
• He is the childhood friend of G-Dragon. Actually they were neighborhood friend’s way back middle school.
• Aside from singing and rapping, he also appeared on some korean drama series like I’ am Sam, Iris and Korean movie Into the Fire.
• He love color pink.
• He once accused that he undergone plastic surgeries because his face is different now compared before.
• In 2011, he won the cover of 1^st Look Magazine.
• TOP will star in the upcoming korean action movie “Alumni” alongside Jo Sung Ha.
